FARAD International S.A. is looking for a Client Service in Life Insurance.


Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • - Actively involved and provide comprehensive support to the Farad Business Development Manager.
  • - Actively involved into Partners and Clients Processing Services.
  • - Policy and Data Processing.
  • - Commissions Management.
  • - Claims Management.
  • - Build a trustful relationship with clients, partners and colleagues by ensuring professional and high quality services in writing (mails, web portal, letters) and verbally (phone, meetings).
  • - Contribute to the whole team work depending on the priorities.
  • - Review and implementation of regulatory documents and contracts in line with company regulations.
  • - Implementation of company procedures.

  • Education/Experience
    • - A Master degree in Finance/Economics.
    • - Previous Experience (minimum 2-3 years).
    • - Knowledge of Life Insurance regulations.
    • - Interest in Financial Markets and understanding of asset classes and instruments.

    Skills
    • - Good sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
    • - Collaborative spirit, polyvalent, proactive.
    • - Excellent organizational skills.
    • - Flexible, open minded, willing to propose solutions and developments adapted to the size and specificities of our business.

    Languages
  • - Italian: Mother tongue.
  • - English: Business Professional.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • - Proactively be involved and provide comprehensive support the Farad Business Development Manager.
  • - Actively involved into Partners and Clients Relationship Management.
  • - Policy and data processing and analysis.
  • - Support back office activities.
  • - Support commissions management.
  • - Support claims management.
  • - Build a trustful relationship with clients, partners and colleagues by ensuring professional and high quality services in writing (mails, web portal, letters) and verbally (phone, meetings).
  • - Contribute to the whole team work depending on the priorities.
  • - Cooperate in review and implement regulatory documents and contracts in line with company regulations.
  • - Cooperate in implement company procedures.

  • Education/Experience
    • - A Master degree in Finance/Economics.
    • - Interest in Financial Markets and understanding of asset classes and instruments.
    • - A first experience in Insurance and knowledge of Life Insurance regulations is an asset.
